Many people have reached out with interest in building, contributing to, or supporting the Istockhomes app — including Xcode / Swift developers, designers, artists, contractors, and business owners.
This page exists to clearly explain what is already built, what we are building toward, and how contributors — including developers — participate and are compensated, without hype, urgency, or pressure.
What the Istockhomes app is
Istockhomes is a simple, downloadable app designed to help humans publish real things into the real world.
Homes.
Businesses.
Trades.
Inventory.
Artwork.
One-of-a-kind creations.
If a person can take a photo, answer a few simple questions, and receive help from an AI assistant, they should be able to create a listing — regardless of age, technical ability, or background.
The platform is intentionally calm, accessible, and built for real life — not endless scrolling.
What we’re building toward (technology direction)
Istockhomes is designed to use modern phone capabilities while keeping the experience simple and human-first.
This includes:
• Simple sign-in and identity verification, including Face ID and biometric support
• AI assistance that helps users create listings, write descriptions, and complete details
• Starting a listing by uploading a single image and being guided from there
• Use of device features such as camera, location, and on-device intelligence
• Support for complex real-world assets including vehicles, equipment, and marine listings
• Navigation, location, and asset-specific intelligence where appropriate
The goal is cutting-edge capability with forward-facing simplicity — advanced tools that feel natural, not technical.
How money moves through the platform (important)
Istockhomes already has live payment infrastructure.
Revenue generated on the platform — including listings, upgrades, features, and future services — is handled through automatic payment splitting.
This means:
• Payments are processed centrally
• Revenue can be split automatically between parties
• Contributors do not invoice
• Contributors do not chase payments
• Compensation is tied directly to live, approved features
For developers, this enables revenue-share participation instead of upfront billing.
If a feature, module, or experience you build generates revenue on the platform, your share is paid automatically through the system.
No speculation.
No manual accounting.
No promises without usage.
What developers are actually building for
Istockhomes is not a demo or prototype — it is a working platform designed to grow steadily.
Developers may contribute to:

Developers do not apply for traditional jobs here.
