2019 and you are a real estate professional, wanting to get rich? Well, Here is my perspective. You have been lied to if you think that just getting listings and sales are going to get you to where you want to be.
As I see it, a listing is nothing more than an item on your store shelf. If you are truly building a business you need to be building the store. The store is your list of contacts and connections. It's having a voice in a very noisy world and it's having traffic and eyes to your platform and to your website.
I'm a believer that everyone should have a minimum of two websites. The first is Http://"yourname" (.com) mine is http://bradleydcamp.com. The other website that they have should be a business website that is named in a way that it can be sold. Currently, I'm working on http://NewYorkLuxuryRealEstateListings.com.
Next, with both websites, you only have about 5 seconds to get peoples attention, so, please don't waste that time asking them for their email address with a pop-up window.
