We Are Building a Network
Istockhomes provides the track, shared systems and trust layer. Independent members add useful boxcars to the train.
1. Build Something Useful
Use the Istockhomes Developer Manual and an approved starter package to create a specialized website, theme, plugin, module or mobile app.
2. Connect to the Foundation
Approved products connect to the shared Istockhomes identity, verification, listings, communications and transaction services.
3. Earn From Created Value
Register your contribution and earning agreement. When an eligible sale is completed through your registered product, the approved builder share is paid according to the recorded transaction terms.

A boxcar does not contain its own copy of the Istockhomes member database, payment system or AI secrets. It connects through approved contracts and preserves one trusted member experience.
How to Start
- Read the Developer Manual. Understand the Foundation, protected systems, shared services and acceptance requirements.
- Become an Istockhomes member. Builders connecting products to the live Foundation require a verified Istockhomes identity.
- Choose or propose a boxcar. Define the market, platform, users, features and value it will create.
- Register the build. Record the builder, contribution, attribution and approved earning terms.
- Build, test and submit. Protect the Foundation and complete the required release tests.
How Builders Get Paid
Istockhomes rewards completed value rather than hours worked or titles held.
- Participation does not automatically create employment or guarantee wages, salary or upfront development payments.
- The applicable agreement identifies the builder, eligible contribution and approved revenue share.
- Payment becomes eligible when the qualifying sale reaches the required completed state.
- Using open-source code does not automatically create payment rights.
- Access to the Istockhomes network, certification and transaction participation is governed by the applicable Istockhomes agreements.
