1. Business-Ready Identity

Your domain must be capable of becoming a business name. It should inspire trust, professionalism, and credibility.

2. Preferred Extensions

We prioritize .com domains.
Other close alternatives (e.g., .net, .org, .co, .io) may be considered if they carry strong brand or market value.

3. Readability & Simplicity

  • Easy to read and pronounce

  • Easy to type without errors

  • Avoids unnecessary characters, numbers, or dashes

4. Brandability

The domain should be memorable and marketable, with the potential to stand alone as a recognizable brand or service.

5. Intrinsic Value

Accepted domains have built-in value, such as:

  • Strong keywords (industry or niche relevant)

  • Creativity and uniqueness

  • Short, catchy word combinations

6. Trademark Compliance

Domains containing trademarked words or brand names are not eligible. Each listing must be free from intellectual property conflicts.

7. Listing Category

Domains that qualify will be showcased under the Businesses category on Istockhomes — alongside websites, companies, and other business opportunities.

📝 Submission Guidelines

Follow these steps to submit your domain for listing on Istockhomes:

  1. Prepare Your Domain Information

    • Domain name (must meet criteria above)

    • Extension (e.g., .com, .net, etc.)

    • Brief description of its potential use or value

  2. Ownership Verification

    • You must be the legal owner of the domain.

    • Verification may include WHOIS records or registrar confirmation.

  3. Pricing & Valuation

    • Set an asking price or reserve price for your domain.

    • If you’re unsure, you may request Istockhomes valuation support.

  4. Submit Through the Business Listing Form

    • Select Businesses as the listing category.

    • Enter your domain details, contact information, and pricing.

  5. Review & Approval

    • Our team will review your submission against the criteria.

    • Approved domains will go live under the Businesses section.

  6. Include an Image to support your domain.
