If someone can take a photo, answer a few questions, and be guided with help, they should be able to participate.

Age, technical ability, or background should not be a barrier.

The rule that never changes

Every transaction on Istockhomes follows the same rule:

90 / 10

  • 90% goes to the people who create and surface value

  • 10% supports the Istockhomes ecosystem

The 90% is shared locally between:

  • the Creator / Owner (artist, homeowner, ship owner, business owner)

  • the Pyramidion (gallery, franchise, sales desk, trust anchor)

The split inside the 90% follows existing industry norms, chosen by the poster.

Examples:

  • Artwork often follows a 50 / 50 model

  • Homes typically follow a 7% representation model

  • High-value assets follow negotiated but familiar ranges

The 10% funds:

  • the platform

  • infrastructure

  • tooling

  • long-term stability

  • developer and design participation

The rule does not change when the value grows.

Entities, not jobs

Istockhomes is built around entities, not employment.
