Istockhomes is not a startup chasing clicks, downloads, or hype.

It is a long-term platform designed to surface real value in the physical world — homes, businesses, artwork, trades, inventory, and one-of-a-kind assets — using simple software that works for real people of all ages.

This page exists to explain what we are building, how participation works, and who this is for.

What we are building

At its core, Istockhomes is a mobile-first platform that allows anyone to start a listing by doing something very simple:

Take a photo.

From there, the system quietly does the heavy lifting:

  • AI-assisted listing creation

  • Smart categorization (homes, art, businesses, marine, aviation, services, inventory)

  • Use of modern phone capabilities (camera, location, identity)

  • Calm, guided flows instead of forms and friction

The goal is forward-facing simplicity backed by serious infrastructure.

Face ID, secure sign-in, intelligent assistance, and mobile-native UX are not “features” here — they are table stakes.

This is not a contract shop

We are not hiring contractors to build and walk away.

We are building entities — durable digital portals that can live for decades.

Examples:

Each entity can be:

  • developed

  • operated

  • leased

  • renewed

  • sold

Developers may work behind the scenes on one or more entities.
Others may operate entities forward-facing as trust anchors (we call these Pyramidions).

No one is trapped.
No one is squeezed.
No one has to renegotiate every step.

How money works (high level, by design)

Istockhomes uses automatic revenue sharing, not invoices.

Every transaction follows a simple rule:

90 / 10

  • 90% goes to the people who create and surface value

  • 10% supports the Istockhomes ecosystem

Inside the 90%, splits follow familiar real-world norms and are chosen at the listing level:

  • Art may be 50 / 50

  • Real estate may be 7 / 10 / 83

  • Services, inventory, and assets vary by context

If a feature, entity, or system you help build generates revenue, participation happens automatically through the platform.

No chasing payments.
No billing hours.
No explaining your worth.

Why developers are invited — carefully

We already have:

  • a working backend

  • payment splitting in place

  • a live platform

  • an iOS project underway

What we do not want is chaos, noise, or rushed access.

That’s why:

  • core systems remain protected

  • access is layered

  • trust is built over time

  • understanding comes before contribution

Some developers will see this and immediately lose interest.

That’s intentional.

Others will recognize this as rare:
a chance to help build something evergreen, where upside grows with use instead of time spent.

What you will (and won’t) see at first

Developers who join the platform may be invited to view:

  • structure

  • UI philosophy

  • flow decisions

  • how we think about systems

You will not be handed:

  • payment logic

  • identity systems

  • revenue routing

  • proprietary orchestration

Open participation does not require open control.
