Istockhomes exists to facilitate real transactions involving real assets — homes, vehicles, aircraft, yachts, artwork, events, and services that actually occur in the physical world.

Because real value is involved, verification and accountability are not optional.

Participation in Istockhomes requires:

  • honesty

  • delivery

  • confirmation of reality

  • acceptance of consequences

Who is Verified

Anyone who participates in value flow on Istockhomes is Verified and visible.

This includes:

  • Creators / Asset Owners

  • Pyramidions (sales operators, storefronts, brokers)

  • Developers (who build or skin client applications)

  • Buyers

Verification is not cosmetic.
It determines who may continue to participate.

What Verification Means

Verification ties participation to:

  • a real human (biometric confirmation)

  • a real device

  • a real history

  • real outcomes

Email addresses, usernames, and accounts are not identities on Istockhomes.

Identity is continuous and device-bound.

The Role of Face ID

Face ID (or equivalent biometric verification) is used to:

  • confirm participation

  • submit listings

  • confirm receipt of goods or services

  • finalize transactions

  • acknowledge outcomes

No payment is released until the buyer confirms, using biometric verification, that what was paid for actually occurred or was received.

Payment Release

No party is paid until:

  1. The transaction occurs

  2. The buyer confirms delivery or completion

  3. Confirmation is recorded by the platform

This applies to:

  • sellers

  • Pyramidions

  • developers

  • contributors

  • the platform itself

If nothing real happens, no money moves.

Reputation Is State, Not Opinion

Istockhomes does not use star ratings as opinions.

Reputation reflects what has actually happened.

Each verified participant has a visible state, such as:

  • Verified / In Good Standing

  • Limited

  • Blocked

This state applies across the entire Istockhomes ecosystem, not just one app or entity.

Consequences of Abuse

Istockhomes has memory.

If a participant:

  • misrepresents an asset

  • lists items not actually for sale

  • damages rented property

  • fails to deliver

  • defrauds another party

  • attempts to bypass verification

  • abuses the platform or other participants

Access may be:

  • restricted

  • suspended

  • permanently revoked

This applies platform-wide.

New devices, new emails, new applications, or new branding do not reset reputation.

Restitution

In some cases, access may be restored only after restitution is made to affected parties.

Restitution is recorded.
History is preserved.

Developers & Applications

Client applications may be skinned, branded, distributed, or sold.

However:

  • All applications must display the Istockhomes Verified badge

  • The badge must be clickable

  • The badge must resolve to a live verification page

Removing, obscuring, or breaking the verification link invalidates trust in the application.

Reputation and access are enforced by Istockhomes, not by the client application.

No Anonymous Power

There are no hidden actors on Istockhomes.

Anyone who:

  • earns money

  • represents assets

  • facilitates transactions

  • builds client software

is verified, visible, and accountable.

The Rule

Play straight, or you lose access.

Istockhomes is not anonymous.
It is not consequence-free.
It is not a place to experiment with deception.

It is infrastructure for real outcomes.
